It was overall a great experience. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. I didn’t feel rushed, judged or insecure about discussing an issue.
Getting a new doctor for anything is always a little anxiety inducing as I now have to learn to trust someone new. Dr. Welch was amazing. Cynthia was amazing. Pretty much everyone in the office I had the pleasure to interact with were amazing.

Very professional and responsive from answering phone calls to each visit, and everything in between. Dr. Welch is easy to talk to and really takes time to understand each situation fully. The whole office cares about each person who walks in and makes sure everyone leaves with the care they need.

I had a great experience during my visit. I do not encourage running late but I was running 10 minutes late and the staff were really patient and pleasant with me. The place is really clean, everyone is polite. Dr. Gates is very pleasant and thorough.I felt heard and all of my questions were answered. I’m happy to have found them.

The best experience hands down! Dasha at the front desk was so pleasant and welcoming. The young lady with the beautiful blonde hair that walked me back to the room made sure we covered all the important stuff. I felt safe and sound the entire time. I’m super excited to schedule another appointment! 10/10
